About Me

It's Holt and me - day to day and year to year (38 years this year). Over time and geography, we couldn't ask for more. We live for our kids, grand-kids, family, dogs, fish, turtles, and cat. And friends. . . did I mention that they are, without a doubt, the best one could ask for?

A Little History about the Pariah and the Doctor

Doctor Who began life as Doctor Who Magazine on October 17, 1979 and is a BBC science fiction television program. The Doctor is a renegade Time Lord: an eccentric, highly-intelligent scientist from the distant planet Gallifrey, who in direct contravention of his people's edicts, steals an antiquated time machine which, due to a malfunction, is now stuck in the shape of a blue 1960’s British police box. The Doctor sets out exploring the universe, aiding the oppressed and fighting injustice. As the Doctor has many foes he explores time & space, solving problems, facing monsters & righting wrongs.

The Pariah was a construct of Rassilon but he tried to destroy her when she developed mind of her own and rebelled against him, massacring a few thousand Time Lords. During a final battle with Rassilon, the Pariah’s containment sphere crashed to Earth, landing in 1879 Arkansas, where she merged with a Human (a traveling salesman). Offering power and immortality, the Pariah persuaded the Human to merge with her core being and thus created the first of the Threshold.

And, well the rest is NM history. . . You can figure out the players and places. . .
